I wonder if accounts that were mostly inactive on the site for like the first 5 years count? (in reference to myself)

Meh, probably would break "the spirit of the award" or something since I have played the arcade for about 6 years with a few breaks every so often (including right now), but in comparison I've basically done little on the site/forums. I have reported people, but years ago that wasn't really a consistent thing on my part.
