When we talked about pubs, we are talking about us.
When they talked about pubs, they exclude themselves.
They say only bad players want to modify citizens, and they do not satisfy bad players.
Are we bad players? We include bad players, but that is just a part of us.

Regular members can't see who sent rep.
You need to be in another user group where it's allowed. Donor/Staff.

Access to forums is controlled by permission groups. If I had to guess, permissions for the Donor group are set to allow access to R&D. Originally Posted by louiswill

Thus, inconvenient.
Far easier to just remove your Donor group and make you a normal user.
