Is it against rule #3 to claim a COM name during night chat?

What does bounties do exactly?
Bounties, once claimed, will provide the bounty hunter with galactic credits. These can be used to purchase upgrades.
So if Darth Vader is killed. Does any bounty placed by him be removed?
And what is the max amount of credits that he can set it as?
If Darth Vader is killed, any bounty placed by him is no longer valid since there would be no one to pay the bounty.
There is no maximum. I will be posting the rewards purchasable from credits soon. They benefit the bounty hunters solely, so he would be wise not to set it too high to help them out, however he shouldn't set it too low or it will not be retrieved.
What happens when someone with a bounty on them is lynched?
They die.
Besides Darth Vader, who else can place Bounties?
Jabba the Hut. (myself)
If a witch controls a serial killer onto a target with a bounty, which neutral gets the bounty money?
Good question! The witch would be the one to collect on that one*
If a witch controls someone with bounty on them to a veteran, does it get the bounty?
Yup the witch is the root cause of death.
What about if a witch forces a bounty target to visit the target of a spree killer? *Which neutral gets the money?
Witch yet again. The witch manipulated the target to his/her death.
