I never received a pm with a vest in it. But since the host is Rochsi it doesn't mean anything.

He has 0 posts though, and he posted even less as Town in another game I played with him; I'd say he's still learning. He gives night feedback or lack thereof, which shows that he's at least trying to contribute.
