The hat that is supposed to be unlocked at 38,900 doesn't seem to appear. I have unlocked diablo, but the hats say "next at 38,9##"

I did go through point restoration if that helps.

Off-topic question: While I was playing in Asia server, I saw someone with a gorilla model. Is that a special moderator model?
