It will only work as like 1 cleaning. Actress was included in a variation of one of the roles that was considered. But as a solo role is not helpful enough.

Not really. Actress appears as another role.
Anybody who knows how to play sc2mafia keeps the graveyard and the rolelist open. An Actress would screw that up completely. "Oh, you can't be town protective because we've had 2 Doctors die"
Also, makes Coroner more useful.
