Welcome to a deadly game the next mini forum mafia game to start immediately after fmxii. This setup will test your wits and skill and I only ask that you wager your life for eternal mafia glory. If you participate in MFMVIII please be sure to be active throughout the game regardless of your role.

"With it's typical balance of hidden roles, will there be a Soul Thief hiding around the corner or a Cult Leader? The players have been captured and forced into a computer simulation in which they must deceive to survive! A special mention goes to the levelling up system - a toned down version of the one used by Yayap in FMX, the late game will be full of mystery" - Luna

Leveling:

This game works on the process of leveling. If you do something useful to your role's alignment enough you will level up. The exact leveling conditions are different for every role but they will make your role more powerful like having an investigator detect exact roles if he levels up. The catch is there is a booster in the game who is one of the most important roles. He can level up only three people and if he chooses wrong he ends up making the scum way more powerful. If the booster is skilled enough to level up town power roles than he may just be the difference between victory and defeat for the town.

Hi there. I'm relatively new around here, but would very much like to participate. I got waaaaayyy into SC2 mafia like most folks around here, and finally decided to give forum mafia a try a little bit ago. I'm impressed by the expansiveness of FM vs. the more limited version presented in the mod, and am more than eager to explore all the options for intriguing scenarios and deception that this broader format supports. Currently I'm only in straykiwi's S-FM, but I'm signing up for more as they come along in an effort to build more experience and hopefully prove myself to the folks around here. Hope you'll give me a shot to be in your M-FM.

I've been playing the starcraft 2 mod for a very long time now, though only recently joined the forum. As my debut into forum mafia, I just took part in Fragos' Five-Sided Town MFM, and even though I lost, I think I played it to the best of my ability considering I was the only non-afk player on my team 90% of the time.

Put me in coach, I'm ready to play!
