Summary: His in-game name says it all. He went on from there to repeatedly call people in the game niggers, saying things like "3 ur a nigger... get over it bro, you belong on plantations [27:24]" and "3 you dumb ape, you belong in the cotton fields [27:58]." Of course these are just two examples, there are probably more than a dozen examples of him using racial slurs in the game. I talked to other players about it and found that even though nobody said anything to him, no one appreciated it and several other people found it as gross and diminishing of the game as I did. I imagine what it would be like to be a black person playing mafia for the first time facing someone like this and it makes me die a little bit inside, and embarrassed at my community. 7 basically threw himself under the bus, baiting the town into killing him. While this can be decent SWINGER play, they didn't have any real leads on him that I can tell. Still, what with three failed kills on 2 (PARTY HOST), Mafia was not doing well.

On the weight of all these reports, I don't see how he's here to play the game. He plays, sure, and has a grasp of the rules, but I feel that's secondary to his intent to spew racist slime everywhere.

I'm aware he's probably going to ban evade with a new account, but he'll do that even if I don't perma, because just on 5 reports he's looking at about 8x Banlisting alone.

He's free to appeal if he wants it reduced but I really doubt he'll bother.
