N1: Leaves a weird lw saying '3 7 9 AND 15 ARE ON THE DEATH LIST'

D2: 13 says 10 is Mafia. Kuiyra posts the LW on the chat then reaveals as Marshall. Before even receiving full pm's from the players, Kuirya says '7 FIRST, THEN 3 THEN 9' and lynches 7 (escort). He initiates a lynch on 6 (jester) after extremely quick review of the log. He lynches 15 (vigilante) next. There is very little to no evidence that the player had thought through the mass lynch process.

N3: Kuirya suicides and leaves the game (as evident in post game screen). Mafia wins.

Was the game result altered?

Yes. The player weirdly chooses random numbers to lynch regardless of any evidence of proof, then leaves the game. The player quitting has no effect on the game result because by the time the player left, the game was already won by Mafia, who has not lost anyone.

I have read the appeal rules.

I'd like to appeal the length of this, Initially when I received my 14 day Ban I thought quite a bit on how I'd treated ManicFX. I add that because this was a pretty rough night of Manic DCing as soon as he was repicked, causing many games to end in leave trains. After a half dozen of these, manic had threatened the SC2 lobbies with "I'll instant quit if I get repicked I'm tired of waiting to host". I don't play to post some gigantic pile of vegenful evidence to back this point. Now, After that many games getting leave trained i was pretty tired of Manic being Manic and forcing the lobbies to play by his rules. so I said fuck it and ruined his game. His saves are usually seriously one sided or prone to a "one night and town loses" scenario so they're essentially over rapidly as Arrow had pointed out in the other report. My intention with the Marshall guess was to do the same thing as the other report, get a couple mafia members killed Day 2 and level the playing field. Clearly rolling the dice didn't work and had It not been Manic as the host I most likely wouldn't have gone for this strategy.

I'd like to apologize to all the other players I ended up ruining these two specific games for and I'd like to come play Mafia again sooner than 30 days, I am not asking for an unbanning, just a reduction in sentencing.

Also, It seems there's a theory that I am a smurf or something, and I am going to assume smurf means the same thing it means in every game, and I guess I fit that bill? Essentially I've had a few BNET accounts over the 11 years I've been playing SC2 on and off. My most recent account swap was due to a 6 month cold turkey quit of games I probably have another whitelisted account which I haven't touched since October 2022 when I decided to quit games entirely. I didn't want to return to an account with my WoW/D2R accounts and friends because I wanted non dedication based games to play. AKA No communities / Headset chat to play. SC2 + Mafia gives me that, I can play a 10-15 min round, go do something else and jump into another one. This is one of the only games I play. I've been playing Mafia for a long time, and no I am not perma'd. I can recall the time before Triad / Most neutrals was even a thing. I recall the very early days of this when it was absolutely horrifying to try and get a game without someone screaming the N word or actively hacking every single fuckin game before the whitelist + huge ban list was created.

I shouldn't have straight up griefed a game because of Manic. I should have just let the round play out and moved on. It frustrated the shit out of me that Manic was doing this leave train creation and lobby host hostage shit and I took the wrong approach. What gets me, is that Manic essentially lauded the fact that he was going to get me banned faster than I could get him banned. At that point I should have realized the maturity of who I am dealing with and not let them affect how I conducted myself towards the rest of the players in the respective lobbies.

So, as Ikarus' summary of the game is thorough and uncontested, I won't go through the game events.

*Now, from what I've read you seem to be genuine and very likely to have understood what the problem was, which definitely are important and obviously great points.

*Looking at the past reports, you've already got your hands on reactionary gamethrowing when playing Marshall games.

*You have been directly put under a BL that has escalated quickly due to smurf assumption (revealing your teammates)

So what I could recommend is :

1) Either avoid playing with Manic, or at least make sure the grudges/griefing stop in-game (don't forget you can always report if someone witch-hunt you over many games).

2) At the moment I'm writing this post you have 31 days left under a BLx6, I can propose to reduce the total punishment to BLx4, leaving "only" a 16-day ban.

The above change remains valid as long as you stop the griefing, leaving, and gamethrowing-like you were reported for.
However, should you be reported for approved and similar reasons in a near future, you may be subject to way harsher punishments.

Hi again, My ban shows 0 days 0 hours left. But I was just kicked from a game due to ban list, Can i have an actual total of when it's expired? I'd rather not ruin a game by joining prematurely

If anything you can always start a private lobby I believe.
Update has been pushed in, you should be under a watch-list and have access to the game.
