M-FM Section is now Open

Now people can host their own M-FMs in a more organized fashion, and we can multiple games at a time. If you want to host an M-FM, just be sure to read the "How to Host a M-FM" thread first, and make sure that you are qualified.

Also, welcome Luna, the latest member of the moderation team. She will be moderating the new M-FM section and handling setup approvals.
