Out of the whole TPR bullshit, I think it's Nawa.

He could be neutral. Earlier he brought up the point about how his train made no sense (which wasn’t really true), so he could just be defending himself from being called scum and is frustrated that he’s actually neutral instead. I still see Nawa and Efkannn02 as a possible scum team.
