    Summary
Regular 9-3-2 save (one player left at the start).

Infamous rolls Doctor in slot #13.

Day 1, #1 acts like a Veteran (being a Bodyguard), so Infamous heals #1 in response the following Night 1. Infamous was also switched/bussed with another player. Infamous also heals #1 for the remainder of the game.

Day 2, #14 (Sheriff) tells the Town that he has a lead and that Infamous is a member of Mafia. He claims Doctor before being voted to trial, but he doesn't even say he was bussed until #3 (Bus Driver) asked him if he was bussed and he said "I was bussed", which causes people to vote innocent Infamous, however #3 keeps pushing to put #11 to trial, but Infamous convinces the town to vote for #14, who claims Sheriff in response. He is innocent as other players scream getting #11, but Infamous repeatedly ignores this, being convinced that #14 is Executioner, but the whole Town innocents him anyway. At that point, they all try and vote for #11 but the time ran out.

Day 3, Infamous randomly spams "LYNCH 14 AND 6" over and over, saying to vote for #14, combating with the Town and spamming consistently. #11 is finally put to trial, who claims Lookout. Several townies Innocent, including both Mafia and Infamous. Then they all randomly vote for 7, who claims Investigator but is lynched due to an incorrect last-will and flips Arsonist.

Day 4, Infamous keeps up with trying to hardcore lynch #14, consistently spamming and distracting the Town. But he is the only one who votes for #14, and accuses them of Skyping and also consistently spamming again. He gets voted up to trial, who claims Doctor again. He is pardoned 3-2. No lynch happens.

Day 5, #9 (Vigilante) also claims and says he shot #10 (but #5 died). Infamous acknowledges that he is a Vigilante, and continues to press on the issue that #14 is evil, trying to lynch him. They all vote #6, who claims Sheriff, but was lynched since he "accidentally deleted his last will" (however his actual LW shows up on his death).

Day 6, there are the following Townies remaining: #1 (Bodyguard), #2 (Godfather), #4 (Executioner), #9 (Vigilante), #10 (Beguiler), Infamous (Doctor), and #14 (Sheriff). As expected, Infamous spams and pushes to lynching #14, They all decide to vote for #9 instead, but was pardoned 3-3. Then they vote #9 again (despite no Vigilante claims), and is Guiltyed 3-2. At that point, Infamous types -suicide and then -suicide again. At the end of the day, Infamous types -suicide and he killed himself the following night. During the Night, #1 also dies defending #13 and killing #2 (Godfather).

At that point, on Day 7, the Town is in a deadlock with an Executioner, a Beguiler, and a Sheriff. The Executioner decides to side with the Town and lynch the Beguiler, ending in Town victory.

    ----

It's clear that Infamous no longer cares about playing for his win condition, but instead would rather lynch someone who believed he was Mafia (despite he did not claim being bussed until it was too late) and because he would continuously spam targeting #14 and #6 for no good reason shows a high severity of Griefing at best, especially since many players were frustrated playing with Infamous, and the game was ruined (Town could not pull off lynches due to spam). And let's not forget that he also committed suicide, throwing his win condition and playing to lose on purpose, which showed that he didn't care about playing properly.

Infamous was recently unbanned after serving his x2 Ban-list offense, and yet he continuously does this again, showing that he never really learned from his Ban-list. Given two offenses committed here (especially Intentional Gamethrowing), his crime record, and going by our standard punishment scale, this would pretty much mean a Permaban for Infamous, and I support this rather because I am not really convinced that Infamous is going to play properly again even if he finishes a long Ban-list. If Arrow is not comfortable with this decision (and thinks Infamous can still clean up his act), then I'll let him decide Infamous's punishment.

    Recommended Action(s)
Infamous: Permaban or for Arrow to decide
