Day 2: He puts in his last will that 10 visited 4. He then says 13 is a "bad boy" and 13 is voted to trial. When 13 is on trial, he claims that he is a sheriff and that 13 is triad. 13 is voted guilty and flips Jailor. When 13 is flipped he shouts "WIN!".
Night 2: He does not do any actions.
Day 3: 9 starts off the day by saying that he has roleblocked 1 twice. 1 Replies by saying he has roleblocked 4 twice. Cthulhu says that he will vote town and says to get 1. He says "DIE DIE DIE" when 1 is on trial and lynched. 1 flips Escort. When 1 flips as town, Cthulhu immediately leaves the game.

Thank you for the report! I could understand him putting people to trial to see roles, but when 13 had claimed jailor and he continued to push this, this is clear cut game-throwing against the town with a role that could have been checked or a proven town/triad jailor by night actions. Keep reporting players who you think are doing wrong!
