1-S2-1-3245349 (OTL) appears to be one of the people who had their banks tampered with by hackers a while back. Recommend a temporary point ban (or Watch List telling them to contact us) until this person can have their bank restored.

1-S2-1-5763811 (Creeper) looks legitimate in terms of ratios, but I only know of a few players who have 60k+ points. I don't personally know Creeper, so I don't know if he plays enough to justify having Balthy-level points. Not entirely sure what we should do on that one; would love to hear from anyone on staff who has played with Creeper.

1-S2-1-8201031 (MmmTasty) looks legitimate.

Marking as Audit since the two questionable banks here are unusual cases.

Infrared: Has a bank with 19,902 points, 69 Victories, and 173 Games Played. Our records show that Infrared went from around 3,000 Points to 19,000 Points in a span of four days in September, which is not possible through legitimate means (i.e. either Infrared hacked his own bank or his bank was corrupted by hackers). Accordingly, this is a clear example of Bank Hacking and I recommend a Point Ban.

MmmTasty: Has a bank with 13,743 Points, 72 Victories, and 168 Games Played. Our records show that MmmTasty went from around 3,000 Points on August 30 to over 13,000 Points by September 15, which is very unlikely through legitimate means (i.e. either MmmTasty hacked his own bank or his bank was corrupted by hackers). Accordingly, this is a fairly clear example of Bank Hacking and I recommend a Point Ban.

Additional Notes
Thank you for this report. To the extent that some of these players had banks compromised by hackers and can substantiate that claim, I would be supportive of a point restore to their last legitimate point total.
