Summary
In this game, rCRT rolls Veteran (#1). On Night #1, he decides to go on alert. At the beginning of Day 2, rCRT creates the following Last Will:

This is a clear example of Hacking given there was no legitimate way that rCRT could have this information given his role and at that point in the game. He then proceeds to PM this information to a Mayor who revealed himself. The Mayor votes rCRT and he repeats this information into chat when on trial. The punishment for Hacking is a Permaban, which is what I recommend here.
