Yes, to the extent that Mosoto spent the entire game spamming and took no night actions or other steps to try to identify the Mafia. This delayed the Town's efforts and could have been more costly if the Mafia played more carefully.

Summary
Mosoto names himself "MESKPUSSYSKYPE" and rolls Detective. On Day 1, he repeatedly spams into chat:

"ANY BUS DRIVERS? I AM MODERATOR MESK HOW DARE KILL ME"
"www.sc2mafia.com HOW DARE TO KILL ME"

On Night 1, Mosoto writes into his Last Will:

"SKYPING WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT I AM MESK PUSSY
FUCK YOU"

On Day 2, Mosoto spams the game with:

"ANY BUS DRIVERS?"
"www.sc2mafia.com?????"
"ON THE FORUM???????"
"www.sc2mafia.com on the forum PUSSY?"

Eventually, the Town votes up Mosoto in light of his spamming. While on trial, Mosoto spams the following:

"ANY BUS DRIVERS?"
"www.sc2mafia.com
"onthe forum???\"
"MESK IS UNLOCKING MOD ABILITY?????"

He also updates his Last Will to read:

"SKYPING WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT I AM MESK PUSSY
FUCK YOU SHE IS FUCKIN PUSSY"

Based on his utter lack of a defense, role claim, or Last Will, the Town votes him guilty by a 6-0 margin.

After being voted guilty, Mosoto continues to spam:

"MESK IS UNLOCKING MOD ABILITY????? www.sc2mafia.com?"

Mosoto is revealed to be a Detective and his Last Will (listed above) is revealed to the Town as well. After he dies, he leaves the game.

This is a clear example of Griefing (extreme) and borderline Intentional Game-Throwing given the lack of desire to play the game whatsoever (no night action, no defense on trial, no Last Will) and only to deprive the Town of a player. Given this behavior seems to be persisting through multiple games, I am recommending a Watch List x 4 here.

The rest of the game proceeds normally with the Town eventually winning despite Mosoto's attempting to sabotage their efforts.
