    This is a basic setup meant to introduce newbie S-FM players to the differences of FM to the Mod. There are different roles, there are different mechanics, there are different alignments, some roles have different names, some roles have different variances, and no two games are the same. It combines the simpleness of Basic S-FMs with a bit of that special sauce.
    Spoiler : Possible Witches :


    The witches both share a night chat and know each others identities. They do not have a factional night kill.
    Misdirection Witch (Witch)
    At night you may choose to re-route someones target, forcing them to target someone else.
    Targets are not informed of being re-routed.
    You may not redirect your partner.
    Pyromancer (Arsonist)
    At night you may choose to mark someone.
    Instead, you may trigger your marks, killing anyone you have marked.
    You come up as a non-acting Citizen to investigative roles.
    You may not target your partner.
    Targets are not informed of being marked.
    Cyromage (Consort)
    At night you may freeze someone, preventing them from acting.
    Targets are informed of being roleblocked.
    You may not target your partner.
    Visionary (Consigliere)
    At night you may target someone, learning their exact role.
    You may not target your partner.
    Grandmaster (Mass Murderer)
    At night you may target someone to spree at their house.
    You kill them and anyone who visits them.
    You do not kill your partner.
    You cannot target your partner.
    Has a 1 night cooldown between uses.
    Rational Arcanist (Godfather)
    At night you may kill someone.
    You cannot target your partner.
    You show up as a non-acting citizen to investigative roles.
    Silencer (Blackmailer)
    At night you may choose to silence someone.
    They may only vote, unvote, or say I am silenced.
    You cannot target your partner.
    Earthbinder (Architect)
    During the day you may target 2 people, giving them a private night chat the following night.
    You have access to this night chat.
    You cannot post in it unless you are one of the 2 people.
    Telepath (Judge)
    At night you may send a message to the host to post anonymously at the start of the next day.
    You may not reveal your identity in the post.
    Once per game you may call blind voting.
    All votes will be submitted to the host and revealed anonymously at the end of the day.


    Spoiler : Town Roles :

    Witch Hunters cannot be citizens.
    Citizen
    You have no night actions. Ah well, at least you can vote, right?
    Inquisition (Sheriff)
    At night you may target someone to see if they are a Witch or not.
    Anti-Mage (Vigilante)
    At night you may choose to expel someone, killing them.
    You may do this 2 times.
    Stalker (Detective)
    At night you may follow someone, learning who they visited that night.
    Union Leader (Mason Leader)
    You share a night chat with Followers.
    At night you may choose to recruit someone. If they are a citizen, their role will be changed to Follower.
    You may recruit 2 times. Charges are not used up upon unsuccessful recruiting. You must wait 1 night after a successful recruit.
    Hooker (Escort)
    At night you may choose to roleblock someone, preventing them from acting.
    Targets are informed of being roleblocked.
    Follower (Mason)
    You were a scared citizen until the Union Leader showed you safety in numbers.
    You share a night chat with the Union Leader and any other Followers.
    Followers may not spawn in the setup without a Union Leader.
    If the Union Leader dies, all Followers remain Followers.
    Field Surgeon (Doctor)
    You know how to treat magic wounds.
    At night you may target someone, healing them and preventing them from dying.
    If you visit someone being targeted by a Grandmaster, they live but you die.
    If your target is successfully healed, both you and them know.
    Jailkeeper (Jailor)
    At night you may Jail someone, preventing them from acting.
    You share a night chat with the person you jailed for that night.
    You may choose to execute the person you jailed one time.
    You may not execute on days where there was a lynch.
    Execution goes through forms of night immunity or healing.
    Challenger (Bodyguard)
    You may choose to protect someone at night.
    If they are attacked, you kill their attacker, but you die.
    Mingler (Architect)
    During the day you may target 2 people, giving them a private night chat the following night.
    You do not have access to this night chat unless you are one of the targets.
    Newsboy [Or girl] (Crier)
    At night you may send a message to the host to post anonymously at the start of the next day.
    You may not reveal your identity in the post.

    Last wills are allowed
    Death notes are allowed
    Days will last 48 hours
    Nights will last 24 hours minumum or will be extended at hosts discretion
    7/18 Witch Power Core Clause:
    If one witch dies, the other witch gains its power and may use it on alternating nights in addition to their usual power.
    A witch performing any gained powers from a dead partner will not be seen visiting the target.

    Suicide is allowed conditionally, meaning to commit suicide you must submit a two or more sentence description of why your suicide is justified for the good of your faction.
    No direct quoting of feedback or night chats.
    No posting for 48 hours is liable to replacement. In late game, this might be shortened to 24. I will announce this if it happens.
    Other languages are allowed in minimal amount.
