Synthetic: Not really. The game had 1 less player than it could have since the player left, but he left after the host started, cancelling the countdown and requiring the host to remove 1 role and start again.

Naelmiros: Possibly, most likely not. He did in fact say that his teammate was mafia (once when being lynched) but it could have been WIFOM and when the mayor (who used logical deduction from role claims) gave reasoning for why he wanted 10 voted up, it appeared that it was from his logical analysis.

Summary

Synthetic: Demands to be made host before the game starts, threatens to leave and yells "CHOO CHOO" before leaving. Host has to remove one role to restart the countdown.

Naelmiros: Does not pm role to mayor when mayor reveals. On trial claim citizen. This is reasonable. After being guiltied by the town, proclaims that 10 (his teammate) is mafia. May have been using WIFOM as Mafia will fake shout that x player is mafia to fake out the town.

The Mayor asks for the last will of 10, and 2 days later 10 is voted to trial and is voted innocent by the mayor. Two other players are also voted to trial and voted innocent. 10 is eventually lynched, and it appears the mayor used role deduction (10 claimed sheriff) and the one "Kemstar is mafia" comment didn't seem to make a difference.
