Summary
While the "waiting for players" screen was up due to a player lagging out, DemonicLink spammed "10 and 4 are evil" and "1 10 and 4" into the lag chat screen. This is a clear example of lag cheating, regardless of whether the information was correct (for the most part, it was not). The rest of the game proceeded normally with the Town narrowly winning.

Given this is DemonicLink's third offense, I would recommended the suggested penalty of a Ban List x 2 for this lag cheating violation.
