Summary: On Night 1, Patrick was converted to the Cult by #5 (the original Cultist). On Day 2, Patrick revealed to that Town that he was a Cultist, that #5 was also Cult, and that #5 had converted him. Based on this information, the Town quickly lynched #5 on Day 2, and the Masons subsequently purged Patrick on Night 2. Lastly, Patrick also left in his last will "lol, I got converted to CULTIST". Patrick's game-throw deprived the Cult of an opportunity to be competitive in this game and directly led to its loss.

Other Comments: Based on Patrick's comments in death chat, it is possible that he is new to the game and genuinely misunderstood what it meant to be converted from Town to Cult. That said, I am filing this report in case his was not telling the truth or in case he does not clean up his play in the future.
