Sandwich Hacker- Get kicked out of the SA group and use your hacking skills to take over the world
Sandwich Dealer- Profit by destroying the SA, Dealing sandwiches

Underneath the guise of RP is actually a very straightforward setup It might be hard for our newer players to see that though, so it might help you to clarify what you mean by drawing the connections from your RP to the gameplay element.

Ex: "give a sandwich (kill)"
"get kicked out of SA (lynched)"

Provide lynch mechanics. How many to lynch? Does lynching end day?

Do Mafia know each other? Do they share a night chat?

12 hour nights might not be very feasible since if lynch ends the day right as I go to sleep, I'll wake up with only a couple of hours to talk in night chat or send in a night action.

Nothing bothered me about the balance, except for the fact that it is likely to turn out to be an all Vanilla Town vs. 1 Mafia vs. Jester scenario (Lookout catches Mafia, Mafia gets lynched, Lookout gets killed immediately), which is heavily in favor of Town in most games. Since this is a low player game, it should be fine.
