He was upset about Veren gamethrowing, and he was leaving the game only confirming what Veren says. In my opinion Archangel assumed the game was over since his role was revealed, and just wanted to leave the game.

In archangel's mind he was most likely thinking "oh my teammate gamethrew this game is already over", and didn't think the game could possibly be salvaged. I personally feel this player made a mistake rather than intentionally confirming a gamethrow.
