I was arso, my pov is on everybody's pov (E), i was hesitating whether i should burn or douse n4, in the end i decided to douse, however, i didn't got the message "You doused xxx's house with gasoline", i wasn't rb nor jailed that night and my target survived.

Obviously, since people don't know they're doused, i can't be 100% sure i didn't douse him, but the message was missing.

There is no bug with the message. The only explanation is that you didn't douse anyone, which can be for a variety of reasons such as being roleblocked.

There was no jailor, only one escort and he blocked 7 n4, i can't see any explanation for not dousing him.
