He also announces that "5 committed trespassing!" This is correct, and a Spy would have no way of knowing this specific information. It smells like an attempt to get the spy killed instead of the more vulnerable Investigator. There is also only one investigative role to provide this information; no additionals have spawned. In either case, 2 is put up to lynch and hung.

Due to the game being effectively thrown by the number of quitters, and the fact it didn't affect the game, I've lightened the punishment for cheating. It may have been a one-off attempt to win a tight game, and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on a first offense.
