I figured this out: The system that determines whether a host is AFK is innacurate. If the host does not type, he is considered AFK, even if he is just perusing roles.
Tested Scenerio:
Went into single player game and fiddled through roles but didn't talk. host started repicking until i typed something.
Implement a better system?

That isn't the point, the point is that the system that determines whether a host is AFK is flawed.

Well not sure if sc2 editor has "a mouse movement capture" without it the best way is to put some code to buttons. Well let me test it first...

Well i opened a solo custom game. Stayed afk ,Used alt-tab , still nothing that indicates repicking me.
So i failed.

Yep, doesn't repick for me anymore either, so it must have been fixed.
