Before I ask any questions I will preface by saying: I recently joined his mafia clan Corleone and he seemed like a good veteran player.

However I've read some not so pretty stuff on the forums, such as him abusing mod powers and etc...

So I have three questions.

1: What exactly was landstanders breakdown that is so infamous and seems to be lacking in detail?

2: Is there any proof that he did any kind of mod abuse or any reputable speculation of such?

3: Should I be worried being in his company and part of his clan may not be the best way for me to grow as a mafia player?

you won't grow in much in his clan; MOST of the members are wound too tight. if you make even an honest mistake that results in them losing the game, don't expect them to tutor you in anyway. they will just start hurling vicious personal attacks, tell you to uninstall sc2, go die of cancer, etc.

i was in corleon until he started bossing me around then i left. i respect him as a compotent mafia player, but his ego is very off putting.

as for clans, talk to appley? hes in the official maf clan (sc2maf)

Not true! Corleone is a legit clan of non troll players. Mateo is a troll who finds us wound too tight...go figure.

Depends which corleone you're talking about. The original Corleone is about 40% Ex-kickvote and banlist players, but in general seems alright now that land is no longer the official leader (he still tries to make the current leader be his puppet) while CorIeone is just total shit. Land bought it for cash from the trolls who founded it and made it even worse.

Land had also asked me to join corleone to give it an official look, and then turned around and was telling DR about how he did it to satiate my ego. The guy has no honor (ironically something he accused me of when I allowed him back for the final time and he immediately turned around and started doing exactly what he promised he wouldn't) and you should just avoid him. He's permabanned from mafia because he literally had over a dozen completely valid mod abuse reports against him and I ran out of punishments for the crap he was pulling with staff (harassment).

in the few games ive been with landstander, ive noticed he always preferred jailor....
wasn't really good or bad, more of a neutral "just another pub who happens to always be a power role w/ his role for a name or "Landstander"(colorname) "

crleon members MIGHT be veterans, but they are as annoying as the old***s on 4chan, always complaining that the new ppl dont know shit and not helping them to learn.
