but he wasn't breaking any rules in that game so i don't care much about rather or not he is banned

Cheese has nothing to do with this, apart from the fact that it will be served to everyone on the 26th of June.

Anyway NECROTROLL, You can block on Blizzard and mute in game, apart from that you can't do much else.
But you can always provide screenshots and replays of Necroplant to show what he is like in game. It won't do anything but it will show to other people, if he is a troll, what he is like. And therefore add to people's views on him.

Personally I have never seen Necroplant do any harm, just that everyon has opinions
