Long Answer: The game doesn't start out all that interesting, except that it is a Cult setup. Mugy has rolled Citizen and hopes to join the Masons. There are two early cleanings and unluckily the Mason Leader is in there. This leaves Mugy to play the rest of the game in hope of the recruit, with little to not weapons in his hands. He manages to lead the town in nearly every day, with every lead he puts up being listened to with worth, successfully pushing the guilty and the innocent votes in the right directions, saving a Coroner multiple times and a Sheriff for several days. He then begins to direct the game in such a way that the Mafia kills off Cult. Mafia kills off Cult on 3 occasions late game because of the attention Mugy is pushing, and it ends up with a Citizen, an Escort, a Mafia, and a Jester. Role block information that was confirmed by the late Coroner had to be seen back in the early game, it was day 13 by this point, but Mugy makes good use of his log through the entire game and confirms and claims to the Escort. The combined role and voting blocks allow them to hold off the Mafia kill, and get the Jester lynched. The Escort is luckily the one to suicide and Mugy wins the tie. He very effectively lead the text and the town from the beginning to the end and sifted through obvious multi-claims and combined accusations from the Cult. Proper uses of lynches early in the day might have been the determining factor of if the Godfather got away with his 'Spy' claim, since he got inno'd, but Mugy keeps good pressure on the entire game and really utilizes the voting pattern side of the game to survive and lead Town to victory.

Short Answer: Hammer & Sickle is a hell of a drug.

I want you to post your MVP! caliber performances on sc2mafia here for me to see. The winner will be picked and receive a point gift that Master Slaol finds fitting. Something in the range of 400-500 points.

Achievements like 'Ace Prosecutor', 'Hammer & Sickle', or 'Happily Ever After' will help you win my favor. It will also help if you dominate as a weaker role. Arson > SK. Citizen > Sheriff. Etc. Beyond that it is mostly at my discretion if you are the best posting player in this thread. A Veteran getting 14 kills on n1 is awesome, but will lose to things like a Witch surviving a night kill, 2 jailing's, and a trial.
It is about being good, choosing quality targets, and playing some actual WIFOM in the limited time. Not about being lucky.

I just finished this game a few minutes ago. I'm just really happy with my performance this game because as Mayor I managed, starting on Day 2, to lynch all three mafias as well as the arson in a row. Unfortunately, I can't be credited with lynching the Witch but I'm still proud of this game.

I was the Framer and blended with town while choosing suitable targets to support mislynches which were lead by other townsmembers. I used the PM system to manipulate the confirmed sheriff onto my way of thinking and lead the way to a flawless victory. Each day I placed myself further in his confidence by supporting his words and following his lead until just the right moment to give him a fake lead.

I just had a game in a so-so setup where i was the jailor. Pretty happy with my performance in this one. We ended up in a 3v3 (Jailor, vigi, doc vs. GF, Janitor, Consig) and GF was about to get lynched. I convinced them to let me jail and execute him so the maf couldn't kill anyone. The next day I was planning to jail one maf (now GF) and make vigi kill the other one (Janitor). However before we were able to finish them off, both of them ragequitted. My alias during the game was a bit trolly (I was red too) and I was even accused of cheating, for the first time in my mafia career, by one of the dead townies at the end. I think I played good, but you can take a look yourself.
PS: I executed a survivor though but he had already claimed it and he was a suspect at the time. He couldn't be a townie anyway.

Since dear godfather left us so early, teamwork is essential.

notice many players in this game are experienced. It is extremely hard for me.

I Lied, killed precisely, blow veteran covers, suck survivor asses. Everything put together a text book version of how to win as mafia.

Only flaw is that SK is not there to challenge me. I was thinking a possible arsonist until the end of the game though.

Citizens really are important! My epic win as a Citizen began with me somehow talking my way out of an execution from a hostile Jailor night 1, and it only escalated from there!

I engaged in the next couple of days as best I could, since I obviously couldn't supply any leads or info. I lynched an Arsonist one day, and voted innocent on a Veteran the next (he ended up getting lynched anyways). I knew my inno vote would make me a target, so I wore my only vest on n4, and sure enough the mafia attacked, just like I figured.

Day 6 is when shit got really crazy. We voted someone up to trial and he claimed Spy. Great, that's an easy role to test with a PM, right?. So I send a PM to a random player, and about 5 seconds later the person on trial correctly said the word (penis). Awesome, pretty clear he must be a Spy! Turns out he was actually a Janitor turned Mafioso by that point in the game. I can only assume the random person I sent the PM too (which turned out to be a game-throwing bodyguard who claimed sheriff all game) was skyping with the Mafioso, because otherwise how else would he have known my PM?

Naturally, I got completely fooled. I ended up defending the Mafioso for the next 3 days while watching the rest of the town gets lynched/picked off.

It all came down to a coin flip in the end. Either the skyping mafioso would kill me and win the game for himself, or he would kill the other remaining town and I would win the tie. Thankfully cheaters suck at mafia (hence why they cheat!) and he picked the other guy, winning the game for town, giving me my Hammer & Sickle achievement, and most importantly, denying the win to those cheating skype losers.

PS, the skypers SC2 names were "Oatmeal" and "kissmycow", in case you ever run into them.

ranked jester win. i just love the fact that as soon as day 2 flips i point to 7 as mafia (gf), next day point to 1 as sk (really mafia), disguier takes a hit and then comes the real fun i pretend to be disguied for next 2 days, put on trial but innoed. Riff comes out and points out the real sk. this is where my disguiser ploy came in, i yell inno and everony says i was disguised, trialed and lynched. the funny thing is i lynched gf sucessfuly, then got 1 who i pointed to to die to me, i lolzed so hard at that. what also pushed it was the fact that some though i was exe when i was 2nd jester all along.

D1 I told them to investigate me and I'm immediately accused of being mm. Ironically enough I never get checked until much later in the game.
D2 The disguiser starts a bandwagon-randolynch and almost gets 6 except I voted innocent, which I think earned me some trust, and he was cleared 3-3. after that we put the disguiser up and he is lynched 3-1 including a guilty from the gf which makes him decide to attempt to throw the game.
D3 An investigator dies, his lastwill saying that 15 has knives. 15 claims he is doctor so I pm him saying I'll bus myself with him so he can heal himself hoping that if he is sk that will deter him from attacking me. 3 also pms him claiming doctor, which 15 reveals to me. Valuable information huehuehuehuehue
D4 That night 15 SAVED me from a vet. 10 is confirmed to be gf and promptly lynched.
D5 15 saves me AGAIN, this time from bg. I tell him that I bussed myself with 13, who is vet, attempting to frame him up as the last mafia.
D6 11 accuses me of being a mafioso and the pressure is on. I get put on trial and I tell the town the same lie I told 15 the day before, resulting in me being pardoned 1-2. After that everyone kind of just realizes that 8 has to be the sk so we lynch him. After that 11 "convinces" me to bus myself with him.
D7 11 is now dead, leaving a very incriminating will against me. I complain that if i hadn't listened to him I would have ran over the mafioso (i had actually misread his request he wanted me to bus him with 13). The day ends with no trial, so I say we cant lose since I can just bus myself with 13 and 5 is well... a vet.
D8 As it turns out there are actually TWO vets (with unlimited alerts) so I hadn't attacked that night. I suggest we just wait him out for 3 days for the win, which finally brings 5 over to my side and we lynch 13. MAFIA WIN.

While town did kind of get the short straw with only 2 investigators and 3 citizens, this could easily have been offset by the amount of protective roles they had. What I think is the most impressive part is winning as the last mafia vs 2 vets with unlimited alerts. Definitely a first for me. I hope you guys enjoy the replay, the death chat is very entertaining. 10 and 15 actually got in an argument because 15 was so convinced I was a good guy

Key points:
-Doc saved me from a vet and a bg, a direct result of my bus claim.
-15 actually revealed the other doc to me, another direct result of my bus claim.
-I even told them to investigate me the first day.
-I eventually was investigated and tried by 11.
-My disguiser actually tried to throw the game.
-I was 1 on the list and had a colored name to boot. (Pub game btw)
-Definitely a lot of lulz to be had watching this replay.

heres a cult win. i was jailed n1, n3, and n4, i managed to talk my way out of the jailings and then cult proceeded to win the match. i converted the confirmed sheriff n2, cuz he found a mafia member, making him my underling was key in order to get another sheriff hung.

A Mayor revealing day 1 to collect claims day. The claims of the Mafia and the conversations with the Mayor made them gain his trust. I think that I played good this game, but I think that the Janitor made the play of the game by feeding the afk GF to the Mayor to gain his trust. At the end the decision between SK and Mafia came down to some honesty treatment.
So if you can submit games for other players, then I think that Superliminal, the Janitor, deserves a chance to win this.

Ok .. this has to qualify as an epic Framer win .. all with AFK GF (who we used to -target). I was player 2

N1 Targeted MM, but BG saved me and killed MM. ^^

My Agent almost screwed up by outing himself .. but town didn't notice. He said that a sheriff (12) visited MM to frame him, to cast suspicion on the sheriff. Another sheriff (8) claimed, but led to no vote.

N2, I framed the suspected sheriff (12), and he investigated me. We managed to hit another BG with afk GF. The other sheriff (8) invested my framed target (12) and outed him as mafia .. again no day vote (as 12 was accusing me and town wasn't sold). Meanwhile Agent and I are playing one against the other.

N3 We target the suspected sheriff (8), and he died and was confirmed. However, we found out we had another MM that was running about (we didn't know Amne went MM) who ended up killing an invest and the sheriff we already framed (12). This gave us majority.

We tried to get town to lynch the MM, but realized he was on cooldown and with AFK GF we couldn't vote anyone up, so we skipped to next night.

N4 We targeted 13, hoping 9 was MM, but we played it wrong. So at this point we figured it would be a loss with AFK GF. No vote again, as we can't get spy to vote with us. I even begged spy to help me get Framer win and kill MM, but no dice. =/

N5 we send GF to kill spy, but the MM made a mistake and went after him too. GF was immune, so he survived.

What follows is a game of cat and mouse. I tried to lie to MM and tell him I was actually GF, so he targeted me. However, I went to HIS house so I wasn't home, and he assumed I was immune since I didn't die. Both the Agent and I danced around him up until we got through 3 days with no kills (and the Agent almost blew it when he said we could just hang at his house).

This is an MVP game because we overcame a huge obstacle (AFK GF), and worked the town against themselves. Plus dodging the MM for 3 days so we could finally vote him up and win, all while getting a Flawless Victory to boot. A true example of teamwork and skill.

My replay is nothing extraordinary if you had to ask me, but it's a really funny game from the Mafia POV.

I was the GF, I had an Agent and Janitor in my team. I was attacked N1 and N2 and said a Doctor healed me because the fear of Vigilante attacking me was there; the Agent was found out after N1 but my Janitor supported the Agent and they were somehow able to turn around the lynch onto the Sheriff which caused two people to ragequit. Afterwards the town wanted to lynch the Janitor while he was AFK but couldn't get the majority.
Meanwhile I chose my targets after town's claims/hints and was denied the kill twice.

The game came to a point where I accidentally killed the survivor and the jailor executed the Amnesiac, but not before jailing the Janitor once but not executing him, after which the Investigator stopped supporting me because I couldn't be the Amnesiac and there were no Citizen or Jesters in the game. I turned the lynch onto the Investigator causing a 2vs2 situation in which I could pick up the Jailor kill after which we won the game by lynching the last Doctor.

Ok... I'm posting this because seriously, it shouldn't have happened.

A short summary:
Ingame name: Confirmed Witch
Role: Witch (didn't -prefer)
Two mafia left at the start. The other one died n1 or 2, don't remember. Arsonist was lynched d2 or 3. It was all town + amnesiac + witch by day 3 or 4. Two Sheriff + Lookout + Detective. No way to win, right?

The amnesiac eventually became a sheriff.

I managed to get everyone lynched by d15. Used a shitty and nonsense bg claim because I never thought I could win.

Aight, then I'll file in a replay too. This is a witch solo win against 5 town and 1 jester. I particularly like this replay, as I needed to use the witch's power as well as the jester as a tool to win. I think it's well executed. While Mafia and Arsonist gave up early and didn't even claim a fake role on trial, this replay contains no town game throwing. So regarding my allies, I was very unlucky (confer night 1 for example) and by the end of day 6 they were all dead, with 7 remaining players.
When there was the role call, I gambled that the dead BG was Town Killing and I saw the doc claims, so I decided to place myself as BG. Unluckily, there was a silent jailor, putting me and my role claim between a rock and a hard place.
In night 8 I was able to figure out who the jester is. When he was about to be lynched/jailed at day 9, I had to interfere. Doing the analysis, 8 and 10 were confirmed and I needed the jester to kill one of them. Also, he needs to be lynched when 5 players are left, as with 6 players left, it would put me in a bad spot against 3 town. So I lie and lead suspicion against 15, who luckily looses his cool and gets executed by the jailor.
On day 10, the jester is lynched. I deny the healing at night, a confirmed town dies (as planned) and another town gets lynched day 11 thus granting me the win on day 12.
