The factor that leads me to believe that this was intentional is that jailor, when jailing the 3rd sheriff, says 3/3. Context: The jailor, night 1, jailed and executed a town. The next opportunity, he jailed and executed the town who found mafia. The third execute, he jailed and executed another town. Then, sets his last will to "worth it" after executing 3 consecutive towns.

After the Review
TonyYAYO chooses a name which makes his chat unreadable without using the log.
Night 1: Jails player 10, clicks execute after player 10 claims sheriff.
Day 2: When player 2 claims sheriff, and claims player 15 is SK, he targets player 2 to jail. Player 15 is lynched and flips SK. Player 5 also claims sheriff.
Night 2: Player 5 dies and flips jester.
Day 3: Player 2 claims blocked. Tsumani targets player 2 to jail again.
Night 3: Executes player 2, saying 'im get 3 sherifs in 1 game'. Player 2 tells him that player 12 is the other sheriff.
Day 4: Targets player 12 to jail immediately. Player 12 claims player 14 is mafia, but player 12 is trialled instead. Tsunami specifically pushes for the town to inno because he believes player 12 is sheriff.
Night 4: Executes player 12, saying ' 3 ina row', and puts in his will 'worth it'
Day 5: Says 'red is jailor I bet', and tries to vote off red.
Night 5: Does not jail, despite no lynch.
Day 7: Mafia wins.

Further Analysis
His chat on his second and third executions show he clearly intended to execute the sheriffs.
His defence of player 12 on trial confirms that he knew player 12 was a sheriff.
His continued execution of confirmed town members is clear game-throwing.
