After the Review
Day 1: Skys says that he is one of six roles, and lists his prefers. One of them is survivor. Evil PMs him asking his role. He responds with 'survivor lol u?', which Evil responds to with 'blackmailer lol'. They clearly knew who each other were before hand and were willing to cooperate blindly.
Night 1: Evil tells the mafia that 9 is survivor and that 'he is with us'. When the GF accuses him of cheating, Evil says 'meh i guess'.
Day 2: Evil PMs Sky telling him that he told the mafia he was survivor.
Night 2: Nothing important.
Day 3: Evil PMs Sky saying 'brb'. When voting opens, after player 10 says '14 is shy', both Evil and Sky vote player 14 immediately.
Night 3: Nothing important.
Day 4: Nothing Important.
Night 4: Nothing Important.
Day 5: Player 11 leads a vote on Sky. This is followed by Sky and Evil being the first two to vote player 11. Both vote guilty.
Night 5: Nothing
Day 6: Nothing.
Night 6: Evil re-iterates that the 'survivor is with us'
Day 7: Evil PMs sky saying 'btw im blackmailer and brown is the godfather'. When player 6 is trialled and tried to get Sky to help him he says 'too bad I'm helping the mafia'

Further Analysis
It is clear that they know each other's identities and are willing to help each other. However it would appear they do not communicate their roles or intentions outside of the game.
There are two parts of the replay which push this into the cheating category. Firstly, on day one, whilst Sky reveals a range of roles to everyone, he only reveals his exact role to Evil, and Evil is all too willing to trust him by revealing as blackmailer immediately.
Secondly, on night 6, despite no further communication between the two, Evil is still sure that Sky is remaining with the mafia.
Additionally, Night 1 chat shows an implicit admission by Evil that he knows what he is doing is against the rules.

So me SkysTehLimit has a friend get into a game, he msgs me and i respond to it. That makes me skyper? he knows what name i chose from time to time and that makes me a skyper? i never used skype/party chat of any type. The fact that he knows what my name is doesn't make me a cheater i was a neutral (survivor) therefore i cannot cheat/gamethrow. If this is a type of Cheating let me know and i will be glad to let my name be default from now on, that doesn't bother me.

Reduced to on-hold, it's sketchy that they knew their names and presumably told them to one-another, but there's not enough evidence for KV listing.
