    Re: Mafiascum.net?

I've played mafiascum a bit, but stopped because it's so time consuming. I might start playing there again. Major differences between SC2 Forum Mafia and Mafiascum are...

-SC2 FM game days last around 2 days irl. Mafiascum days last around 2 weeks irl.
-In SC2 FM, you are expected to post many times each day. In mafiascum, you aren't expected to post more then once or twice each day, but you're expected to post big.
-SC2 FM town have a few citizens, but are dominated by PRs. Mafiascum towns have a few PRs, but are mainly citizen.
-SC2 FM's allow for last wills. In Mafiascum, last wills are not allowed(major reason why Cop is not so OP in mafiascum, but Sheriff is incredibly OP in SC2)
-Feedback messages are given in SC2 FM, but not in mafiascum(causes most town PRs to be unable to confirm themselves, prevents "Follow the PR" mentality).
-SC2 FMs tend to have a very high KPN. Mafiascum has a much lower KPN.
-Not lynching is very common in SC2 FMs. No lynches are extremely rare in mafiascum.
-Scumhunting is important in SC2 FMs, but the game normaly revolves around night actions. Night actions are important in mafiascum, but the game always revovles around scumhunting.
-If a Vigilante of Jailor miskills in SC2 FMs, he is normaly shunned by the town. In mafiascum, Vigilantes are expected to kill each night.
-Days are important in SC2 FMs, but the game is normaly decided during the night. Nights are important in mafiascum, but the game is almost always decided during the days.

    Hope that clarafies

They have less trolls but tend to be more arrogant than our community. At least the mods are.

Mafiascum is even more meta dominated than sc2mafia. Give it a shot if you want to. I ended up getting modkilled because the game was too slow paced and apparently too boring.
    Spoiler : fm history :
FM 6: Commoner/Legionare(roman)/Legionare(Sin) FM8: Stan Investigator FM9:Yakov German(Sapper) FM10: Fm Rumpel Vigilante FM11: Renekton: Serial Killer FM12: Sandor: citizen = scum FM13: Wicket : Devourer FM14: Torynn: Andrew Ryan (GF)

Lets see if the next FM on this site changes that mentality... considering that you just described my setup as being classic mafiascum setup in accelerated mode.
