Since we're on this subject, time for nostalgia. I remember in the early 90's me and my sister were allowed to buy popsicles from the corner store (I don't know how frequently), but at the time they had a contest in which you save up your sticks, and if you get enough you get awarded a prize! My sister got a Sony Walkman cassette player. At the time it was sleek and sexy, a white and orange colour scheme.

I also remember the last cassette I ever saw on a music store shelf, and that was Limp Bizkit's "Significant Other". That was also during the transition of Blockbuster stores to DVD, and it only took about 6 months for the old format to be removed from shelves to be replaced by optical discs.
