Thank you very much. But Im afraid Im gonna be on ban list for the next six weeks. Since these requests are deleted after one month, Im gonna have to request another point restoration in May. Sorry for wasting your time :(
Edit: Is it possible for you to tell me which keeper was thinking I received hacked points? Im really curious!

Dear Arrow, since you changed my punishment from 6x watchlist to 6x banlist I would like to ask for an appeal. Changing punishments by editing your post seems pretty fishy to me. Let somebody else check that please.

The replay is from yesterday, I hope its sufficient since I havent been playing Mafia a lot lately and my points dont really change since Im also losing many roulette games.
My ingame name is "Agave" by the way.
If you need an older replay though, just tell me the date and Im gonna look up if I got one that satisfies your needs.
Thanks.

Hello there, this is Agave.
I have a few things I would like to address.
First of all, could the staff please explain to me why Im being punished for >heavy< griefing? I could understand "light" griefing, given that I didnt vote guilty on the obvious Scumbag right away. But Im sure we agree that the real mistake in this game wasnt on my end - after all, I did delay the game a bit but at this point the roles were obvious and the Scumbag said he wanted to see what happens with anonymous ballot and I just wanted to show a new player how it works, thinking that the Marshall would - of course - vote for the only non confirmed person in the end and make the town win.
Secondly, I was never told that a scumbag and stump save isnt allowed, so I would like Mister Unknown1234 to show me where that happened. After all, I just -saved it from a Mod, thats why I was sure its no problem to use it.
The next issue is about the point ban. I did see the "Please request a point restoration on the forums" or something at the beginning of the game but I didnt care about it since I dont see why...? All my points are legit and nobody ever notified me about any troubles about it. So what the hell?
And the last thing regards my previous offenses. The last one reads "Special Circumstance" and I cant access the thread. So, what is it?
And of course I would like to lodge an appeal.

Yes, sorry for attacking the Maifa Wiki Admin DarknessB, I genuinely regret it. Let me do it the good old fruity way and say I was just too high to take responsibility for my actions on the forums.
Edit: Of course his "title" magically changed to "Mafia Wiki Admin" within minutes :3
Second Edit: Since Lysergic took the liberty to scramble the letters of DarknessBs title in my original post, saying that he wanted to "fix it for me", I had to make sure the original wording is preserved. Thanks for the effort anyway, kind Sir.

Then what exactly do you mean by "Griefing points", how do they influence your recommended punishment and if they dont, why do you use that phrase at all?

I would still like to lodge an appeal.
The point being is that my "toxic jailor tactics", as AIVION called it and uses as a reason to increase the (recommended) punishment, is actually not griefing as he describes it to be. As you can see in the replay, Im carefully picking my targets based on chat behavior and voting patterns and whether it matches their names. For example, a guy called "I FUCK YOUR MOM YOU MODSCUM" is very suspicious if he doesnt talk, yet is eager to make the last vote to put somebody to trial. Those are the kind of people I jail and execute. The trivia questions are just for the lulz, Ive usually already decided to execute them before the night begins, unless they have a very good claim.
As for the SK win/Town loss, Im guilty as charged. I just cant resist triggering rude juveniles who think they can threaten me with reports. Its a bad habit, I suppose.

Edit: I dont see why you would 6x watchlist. Considering that punishments from EU dont transfer to NA, theres no apparent reason to punish me harder than suggested.

Yes, I would like to lodge an appeal, even though I dont fancy wasting staffs time for a minor incident like this.

Hello KJS,
thanks for the support. I kept on insisting that 9 was beguiler because he scrambled up the roles at the start of d2. I claimed him to be beguiler, yet after being asked by another person if it was true, he says:"lol that im consort?". That clearly was an indication for me that he indeed was mafia, not being able to keep track with my fake role-claim concerning him and his real role (probably because he didnt really care for the actual claimed role, only thinking that it was not his "true" mafia role). Therefore I kept claiming that 9 was beguiler to keep my story straight, knowing that he probably wasnt beguiler but any other mafia role. This is also the reason why I wanted to lynch him FIRST (still keeping up with my hacker story, I never really intended to lynch 5 or 6), because he was the most suspicious.
Dear Mike,
several people have done the same thing in my games as well. It is true that spamming random mafia roles raises suspicion towards the 3 accused people. But first and foremost, it raises suspicion towards the (in my case fake-, of course) hacker, making evils (as KJS and myself already explained) target him - making this strategy great if youre veteran. I have used this method over a dozen times now and I can tell you that the only person suffering from claiming to be a hacker by "outing" mafia is me and not the three random people Im accusing.. People are very eager to lynch hackers, even if theyre fake.
Look. I can see that my approach to play vet might seem a little unconventional to you, but please understand that gamethrowing was really not my intention. As you can see in the replay d2, I insisted on not lynching 5 (because I had to stay in role I said that the world will end if they lynch 5 first) because he wasnt acting suspicious after all. Unlike 9. Its not my fault when people dont see the meta in here - for me, thats all what Mafia is about. Reading between the lines of what others say - and 9 was obviously evil.

You do realize that revealing fake roles as a Veteran is a rather good strategy to get the real triad/mafia to target you, ultimately getting themselves killed, right? It might not have worked out quite as well this time, but its still one of the best ways to take out evils. Especially since a real hacker, who went by the name of John Titor, revealed the roles in the exact same way a while ago - throwing dozens of games like that. Always trying my best to get the town to win, I dont see why this is considered gamethrowing, let alone a reason to watchlist me.

No game-throwing, its just tactics you cant handle.
Edit: Its funny btw: You posted this 2 minutes after the game ended. You didnt even watch the replay, did you? How come you can judge me from your perspective, dear hater?
