i cant tell if you're being serious or not, but if you are i can't help but feel this decision is somewhat biased

the crimes that ive committed only occur in this instance and add up to griefing (by pretending to hack) cheating and gamethrowing.

disregard the fact cheating and gamethrow banlists are actions only taken after the first visible management action. if you add up all the crimes the worse outcome i should be getting is a banlist x4, don't you think double permaban for one spur of the moment thing is absurd? cant i just do my time reflect on how i shoudnt do this again and come back with renewed respect for the community and fellow players?

also i acknowledge that i have read the instructions before posting this appeal and understand that if you find this appeal to be frivolous my punishment maybe be doubled

i am not guilty of the crime of hacking so i want to appeal this punishment as it doesn't fit the crime
the following information + the replay used to convict me provides enough evidence to inno me from this wrongful charge

before the game started i added several people as friends, once roles were given out i messaged the two that accepted in bnet client chat asking if they were mafia and expressing my intention to gamethrow

day 1: a reply back says the mafia are 1, 2 and 6. so i spam those numbers in chat and write them in last will as a throw.

night 1: my role was lookout and so i decided to lookout on myself after drawing attention, i was visited by 2 people got audited and blackmailed. the visitors were 3 and 5

day 2: as the replay shows i spent the day in lw window and log puzzled, i asked the thrower if 1, 2 and 6 were really mafia and got told he wasnt going to tell me who he was but 1 and 2 were mafia. because of lookout feedback i knew one of them was auditor and the other blackmailer.

assuming the thrower was telling the truth i decided to reveal auditor as 3 cuz of the unlikelihood that 1, 2, 3 were mafia and also cuz 5 is a number above 6 which was the number the thrower later admitted lying about.

there was no hacking involved and since i have no priors the use of permaban is not warranted here, so i respectfully request that my punishment be restricted to no more than that of a cheating/additional information (not hacking) and/or intentional gamethrow.
