Here goes:
General is the leader. (im assuming this would be you) he is a pillar of trustworthyness, loyalty and honor. He holds his men to a high standard and can punish the rulebreakers harshly.
The Captain is the second in command, running the day to day operations and enforcing the Generals rules.
Lieutenant recruits men and assigns them to a platoon.
Platoon leader is responsible for his men's diligence. He breaks men into squads of four
Squad leader is held accountable for any trollyness of his men.

General reason for the Army: assist the Mod's in their attempts to keep the forum's clean and the game fair. (Make suggestions plz. this is just a raw idea.)

General, Captain, Lieutenant, Platoon Leader, Squad commander, Marine (Grunt basically). Militarist roles

The support roles:
doctor(Surgeon), coroner. Base commander[or janitor](Guy who keeps the guild thread thingy clean and troll free)

if you do start one, im applying for the coroner role.

You should start an army guild. similar to vigilante guild but for soldiers.
