Summary: This player spammed "choo choo" and "Chugga chugga" during set up. He's also using a smurf account to evade his current ban. Luckily, no one left the game, and neither did he.

Note to whomever review's this. According to Crypt this is Ban evading, and illegal.

If it can be proven, it's always been that we ban the smurf

Nothing usually happens to the main account. But we could compound punishments if they committed another on their smurf.

I wouldn't add longer sentence for ban evasion if they're playing legitimately

Summary
Duck Tries to Incite a leave train but fails. And he also did not leave the game
And Since it fails it has no crime.
After some discussion. There was the Intent to cause a leave train. And intent is punished.

Recommended Action
