    8-4-3 Setup Help

    Hello! It's secondpassing and I have been working on my save for a while; however, I find it hard to get good feedback from players.
    I wanted to make a save where bussing your teammate actually makes sense. Thus I played around balancing a 4 mafia team.
    Just recently changed a Town Random to an Any Random because some people said it was too much of a town steamroll.
    Any suggestions would be helpful!

    Important role modifiers:
    Neutral evil roles across the board had a ~40% spawn rate
    Cultist excluded
    Judge has 2 votes, 2 court, day between
    Slight Arsonist spawn chance (with most favorable mods)
    Witch's target does not know they are controlled
    No SK or MM spawn chance

    Masons do not turn into Leaders
    Lookouts do not ignore detection immunity
    Town Killing excludes bodyguards
    Vigilante has two shots
    Bus Drivers are unlikely to spawn

    Janitor has 2 cleanings
    Mafia Random excludes Killing
    Godfather turns into Mafioso if alone

    Any Random excludes Triad, excludes killing roles

    Def exclude mafia from random any. 6 mafia vs 8 town is gonna be a steam roll. Town won't control any lynches.
    And if it's 10 vs 4 with heavy power roles (and 2 confirmed town) , Town has a lot of time to get info (since only one kill per night). Mafia would have trouble in this case. It'd be a hard game to balance on sc2

    Ah yes, I've excluded mafia from random any. Any random only spawns neutral evil, benign, or town roles.
    I was hoping the random roles would be able to throw town off.

    Since it is a "new" setup, I've had trouble with the scum masses to actually try. They see a new setup and automatically shut down. There's a lot of space to fake claim.

    Masons don't turn into ML, that way auditor can do work.
    Witches dont give "witched" feedback.
    Neutral random does not exclude killing (but theres a really really small arsonist spawn chance)
    Its about the same spawn chance for every other neutral role (not SK and MM)

    I was thinking about using citizens but people already hate the idea of masonry in a non-cult game.
