Alright I was reading some of the bans on the forums and I found one called ZergPwner.
I then decided to play a game of Mafia
Guess who was in the lobby?

He is Tex Watson and he gave the ids of his triad teammates. Continued to stay and be racist (which really offends me) and also just being annoying.
I was going to report Hybrid for threatening to throw but it was a idle threat.
I think he should be perm banned.

Summary
ZergPwner:
During the setup, ZergPwner says „INC GAMETHROW“.
He receives the role Liaison in Slot 5. His allies are 3 (DH) and 6 (Informant).

D1 he writes in his lw „3 is dragon head and 6 is informant believe me i am a gamethrower“ „heil hitler“.
D2 he spams „I AM LIAISON“ „3 IS DH AND 6 IS INFORMANT“. Both is correct. 3 leaves the game, 6 dies the next night.
D3 5 gets lynched, Triad lost.

It’s clear that ZergPwner just plays to ruin the game. He announced that he will throw even before the game started and he did. This is not his first offense of Game-Throwing, he has a history of throwing and seems to enjoy it, which is why I recommend a permaban here.

Stinger:
He receives the role Doctor and immediately leaves the game. This is an obvious example of someone quitting due to role-related reasons.
