I don't know what to think. What I see is a funny guy, but out of that... I mean, he says himself that he would fight Slaol to death if they were scum, and he scumreads Slaol. I agree with that read... he's not pushing him hard though, and I have some doubts on the sincerity and seriousness of this read.
The post is basically wrapping itself. Replies are either funny, saying something is NAI, or calling Slaol scummy. I tend to say it's towny, but I think I have a bias on it because of my read on Slaol.

However, I do like the fact that he pointed out that Gerik's post is not really alignment indicative, since statistics are a thing for everyone (Maybe not damus tho xD).

The list of roles is interesting too, I agree with the ways to deal with each of those roles. That's easily done as either alignment though, so I'm not going to read too much into it.

The way the conclusion is worded is a town gut-read though. I don't see someone coming back into a community he hasn't been in for year(s) as scum, and just say we're terrible at scum hunting (I assume "actual" means like mountainous (cits vs mafiosos) setups scumhunting)... I mean, if he's scum it's just dirty, rude and ballsy lol, but I'll trust it for now.

Day 1 is pretty good for town to catch logic slips by scum since they don't have any interactions to work off of. MM seems to be stumbling a lot out of the gate. Saying Mayor is a priority save from a TP makes no sense, and the vote on the Sheriff straight away is double weird. Sure it could be Mafia Sheriff but why is it the first person you'd look at voting? Much more damaging people to look at first. Slaol has already pointed this out, I just agree with a lot of what he is saying in regards to scum reading MM.

I am town reading Slaol which I have a hard time doing. I think a Mafia Bus Driver is one of the scariest roles to be up against in this. Another role I think we need to be careful of is the Grave Digger. This mostly depends on the lynch targets as the game progresses with them still alive.

He is a very good player tho lol, but I lean towards town too. He goes a tad on top of the naz-blink-creeds trio in my list of reads (who are small town leans). Good reasoning, he also doesn't over-detail and overthink his stuff as he does as scum (See the game called The Smith's in which we were scum together if you really want to dig it up, it's not really important tho).

List of roles in order of town risk if they are scum:

1-Busdriver (no feedback - who really knows what happened)
2-Vigilante (can be near auto cleared by killing a scum - might have to argue with bus driver to get full clear)
3-Escort (potential to block heals/detection)
4-Mayor (only 1 extra vote - will be more concerned about this late game)
5-Grave Digger (depends on dead roles - will move up in the priority list if vig/BD/Escort/vet die early)
6-Jailer (can easily disable him by lynching people)
7-Doctor (can protect someone from vig multiple times - although will most likely be heavily questioned if vig had full town support into shooting)
8-Survivalist (can survive a town vig shot)
9-Networker (can easily lessen the risk by just not talking in the night chat if you really want to)
10-Vet (can't get a sheriff check on him - but can be found by lookout)
11/12-Lookout/Sheriff (can influence day chat for a 1 day mislynch - be careful if at lylo)
13-Bodyguard (if the vig shoots a scum and a bodyguard saves him... then it's still 1 scum dead)

That being said, I see this game turning into a If-Then-Else game very quickly day 2. Based on who dies, who gets checked, who gets caught in a lie and who survived. Until then, I know you guys are terrible at actual scumhunting, so most of your arguments were met on deaf ears on my end and you haven't swayed me at all (except for a few that talked about the vig that should have known better - not all).

Are you suggesting a policy Lynch on slaol? I don’t find that idea to be town minded, based on the limited amount of times we can mislynch. I read slaols posts as soft encouragement for others to read and make connections on their own but I also read the lack of proper explanation/any direction being in his posts to be scum leaning.

It’s saying this person is scum for reasons but you have to find it yourself. In this style of game it is more reasonable to provide at minimal a link or quote to the slips you find/claim so others have an easier time drawing their own conclusions.

Why would you immediately assume we're not on the same team? I'm town, so that would make you scum. But for the sake of argument, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not claiming to be scum and are trying to say that you are town and I'm scum.

Let's review the facts:

Fact 1: You suggested that we policy lynch you on the grounds that your role is too powerful in scum hands
Fact 2: I agreed with said policy lynch
Fact 3: You then began to accuse me of being scum, as shown here.

Since you didn't accuse me of being scum until after I reiterated my support of your lynching , we can conclude that you believe support of your lynch to be a scummy position (ignoring for the moment the obvious OMGUS nature of that behavior).
However, you were the one who originally suggested lynching you, so by that logic you would also be scum. Therein lies the conundrum: If you're town and the suggestion was pro-town, as you claimed, then supporting it should also be seen as pro-town in your eyes. But you see me as scummy for supporting it. This means that either you know it's pro-town and are still actively against it (which would make you scum for opposing a pro-town plan) or you never saw it as a pro-town plan to begin with (which would make you scum for suggesting it).
