I figured i explained it pretty good. Since there are no TPR counterclaims at the moment, then we have our 5 guaranteed TPRS already claimed. So i'm inclined to believe the BD claim due to no CC's. If kenny and wisp were bussed and kenny is dead then mafia targeted wisp with their strongman, and then hit kenny instead.
