If DR wants Akira to do that he can. Akira is only limited to what DR tells him what to do/not to do (and the chain of command). If DR does NOT reprimand Akira then we are left to assume that DR believes Akira is acting on his behalf. Which we have to deal with. You can of course, bring it up in discussion. But it is all in DR's hands.

You joined at a very... weird time. The Website is awesome. The members are mostly awesome. Some of the Mods are awesome. The problem is that a few Mods are driving well known people away now.
If we can get that problem a little more under control then this website will be golden.

This is a problem on both sides however.
Akira temp banning Bruno and such = Understandable, Some members need to get over it.
Ambient driving Forum Mafia players away for no reason = Problem

This is all IMO. I could be completely wrong about all of this.
