If you couldve watched the replay, you wouldve seen the instant 4 gave a valid role and last will I stopped the naming gimmick after i put him up. the phrase "ill stop throwing now" means "ok ill lock in now". I dont contest the other two reports, i was 100% wrong in those ones but this one is just... Insane that i was punished. There is NO case to be made at ALL. 14 got so salty he reported me and the moderator just... didnt do his job well

4 was LITERALLY EVIL, and even then i STILL VOTED INNOCENT because i wasnt trying to grief his fun.

Then 14 (who i again put up because of naming thing, if he had given a non sus LW then i wouldve innocented.) Claimed to be oracle on a dead guy. Why the fuck would i not guilty that? are you saying guiltying a sus claim is gamethrowing now?

Then i proceeded to play a perfect game. Do I get to report every townie who died during the night for being dumb? do i get to report the other townies who voted innocent on 4 with me? no.

The only person who you could make an argument was lynched from the "gamethrow/grief" was 14. But he claimed: ORACLE ON A MOTHER FUCKING DEAD GUY.

Now im unfamilliar with the forums, joined quite recently, if i need to make this some sort of official appeal

Edit: After reading the moderators review, i can safely say he has never played the game in his life. apparently i ruined a guys experience by lynching him (an intended game mechanic) because of the deceptive nature of the game (an intended part of the game) after he claimed oracle (a frequently faked role.) on a dead guy (which is even MORE frequently faked.)
Of course, since My name lined up with his, and it turned out he was on the same team as me (an intended twist after you lynch the wrong person.) I was punished, which I can only assume means your not allowed to lynch sus claims as gov, OR if you do, and you get it wrong, You are banned. I guess in the future, if i get unbanned, should i just -suicide as soon as i can? That way i dont accidently, god FORBID, kill somebody else in a game designed for you to kill other people.

Edit #2: I didnt have fun because the guy who reported me had his lw read "what is 8?" instead of "oracle n1: 8" Mods please Remove his constituent atoms for griefing.

First of all, this is what NOT to do when trying to appeal or explain your perspective.

If you are RPing, then you must be ready for other players to take things the WRONG way. And when they do, it is entirely your fault. I was reported and punished for RPing in the past. You gotta be careful. Especially when you throw words like 'I can stop throwing my quest is done'. How the hell should other people take this? Not like they can read your mind. Also your words will scream louder than your actions in the game.

I said "i can stop throwing now" while clearly not throwing. The mod, retarded as they may be, was able to see that.
I wasnt punished for the message, i was punished because i ruined a guy who claimed to be oracle on a dead guys fun by lynching him. And if i have to watch all 500 replays on my computer and report every single one where i didnt have fun because of a townie as a townie, to prove my point, I still wont because it really isnt worth doing all that, but i defidently could.

now that im not salty and i actually read what constitutes griefing, i would like to apologize, as i was unaware that lying about your role at all was against the rules if your putting somebody up, so long as you tell the truth before the guilty/innocent verdict. I will refrain from doing this in the future.
I would also like to point out that i could've given an actually effective appeal if I both hadn't gotten salty (which is my fault.) or if you had effectively cited where exactly the charge originated, then I could've made a more effective appeal that wasnt just me being extremely salty about what i considered at the time to be a injustice, i was under the impression I was punished because he left, which meant I ruined his fun. Anyways sorry about the "4 is crier" thing, wont happen again.
Also for clarification, if the LetsKillFour Thing was against the rules (even if i dont do everything in my power to kill 4, only check him if im sheriff/kill him if im GF) isnt allowed, please include that.
Also, im not entirely sure where appeals go, i THINK they go here but im not sure.
