Kira locks in a save with 5 MAFIA (guaranteed GODFATHER, rest RANDOM), 5 TRIAD (guaranteed DRAGON HEAD, rest RANDOM), and 5 TOWN (MARSHALL and TOWN KILLING, rest random). This could be generously described as 'experimental.' Fuuton: "The fucking MOTHER of mafia is back."

However, the CORONER votes for 10 and 2 (DRAGON HEAD) jumps on the opportunity to hammer immediately. 10 is executed and flips JAILOR.
N4: TRIAD targets the CORONER, then cancels the hit on concern of VETERAN. Kills: None.
D5: Nobody is dead. A CORONER stands against a DRAGON HEAD, and the game tiebreaks for TRIAD.

Was the game result altered?
Assuming all kills went mostly the same, yes. The town lost its most powerful roll on D1 to quitting and this would have substantially altered the game. Even if he'd been an immediate kill target instead, town would've had an extra person later and probably would've had better vote command.
