Soldato role should kill everyone who visits the person he bombs. It takes two entire nights to activate the bomb, and he only has one bomb, and no other

functions besides becoming mafioso if GF dies. It makes sense too that a bomb would take out everyone in the vicinity. It makes no sense for a doctor to be

the only one dead after a soldato bombing a person a doctor visits.

Agreed, bomb should blow up visitors of the rigged person, killing them, if they only get one bomb.
