One of the greatest countries in the world : )

Had a funny conversation the other day though. We were talking about how guys with small dicks in Texas overcompensate by getting the big truck with a huge lift. Its like the entire state is overcompensating with the ridiculous abortion and gun laws. The state is running into something of an identity crisis with all the people fleeing the financial incompetence of New York and California flooding into Texas and bringing very liberal views into very conservative areas.

The culture clashes are getting pretty common. I got into it with a guy 2 months back for cracking a whip at my friends dogs while they were in her yard. He felt justified pointing out how in California people wouldn't allow their dogs to be off leash in their yard and I told him he is a fucking nutbag for walking around with a whip in the first place.

I have no idea how that gun law got passed.. Every pro-gun person I know thinks its the dumbest idea in the world to allow anyone to run around with a gun without some level of training or due diligence.

I am truly dreading when the next election comes around. The political parties are going to campaign hard in Texas and that shit is fucking cancer to deal with. I can not imagine how toxic its going to get. Until then Ima grab some popcorn and watch what insane law is shoved through next.

If I Was In That Position.. I Would Have Simply Responded With This Isn't California This Is Texas And Punched Him In The Nose.. Then Walked Away.. He Deserved That At The Very Least Since He Used A Whip Against Your Friends Dog..

Howdy, my name is Rawhide Kobayashi. I'm a 27 year old Japanese Japamerican (western culture fan for you foreigners). I brand and wrangle cattle on my ranch, and spend my days perfecting the craft and enjoying superior American passtimes. (Barbeque, Rodeo, Fireworks) I train with my branding iron every day, this superior weapon can permanently leave my ranch embled on a cattle's hide because it is white-hot, and is vastly superior to any other method of livestock marking. I earned my branding license two years ago, and I have been getting better every day. I speak English fluently, both Texas and Oklahoma dialect, and I write fluently as well. I know everything about American history and their cowboy code, which I follow 100% When I get my American visa, I am moving to Dallas to work in an oil field to learn more about their magnificent culture. I hope I can become a cattle wrangler for the Double Cross Ranch or an oil rig operator for Exxon-Mobil! I own several cowboy hats, which I wear around town. I want to get used to wearing them before I move to America, so I can fit in easier. I rebel against my elders and seniors and speak English as often as I can, but rarely does anyone manage to respond. Wish me luck in America!

Idk having a whip is cringe but people that let their dogs run around all over the place, especially on other people's property shitting all over the place, are unequivocally dumbasses who do not deserve to be in civilized society.

Had a conversation with a friend yesterday about the growing focus on Texas. My bet is that its going to keep growing for the next few years until the election as a multi-year io campaign to swing Texas voters.

I agree. But on your own property you should be allowed to have your dogs off leash imo.

    Re: texas

I mean, having like 3 cats in the neighborhood being bitten down by dogs and seeing many children getting bitten over the years, not to mention personal experiences. I have very little love towards stray or even loose dogs.

If you're ever in need to defend yourself against a dog, here's a few things that might benefit you to know:
Dogs are god awful at fighting 1v1, their whole "fighting" style is focused on outnumbering the victim; what they'd usually do is the one who's behind you would grab your limb nearest to him and pull backwards while shacking left to right, then the others would take part after you turn away and you'd be torn limb from limb.
However, this makes their 1v1 "fighting" style very predictable. Know that if you throw a fist at them, they'll want to grab it, pull and shake, then go for the kill when you hit the ground.
So a very viable strategy is to give them your arm, then use their pull instincts (by continuing to attempt to "out pull" them) to "hug" them - after which you push your hand inside their mouth until they die as they have no defense to it whatsoever. Their instincts will be very confused the moment you're not trying to pull your hand out of their mouth anymore and will try to go backwards and "spit you out" as that's their only defense mechanism against it. Hence why you "hugged" them beforehand. (What's the proper English word here?)

This brings us to a good defense for if you're a woman:
Give them your purse to bite, this will be their "limb to pull and shake", try to get behind them and at a crucial moment let the purse go in order to grab and lift up their rear legs (is that the appropriate word?). They'll be hopeless and just stand there when you lift up their rear legs, these are not majestic cats after all - just dumb dogs.
You wait for help to arrive and when they do - the easiest way for them to deal with the dog is by standing on top of it and pulling their front legs apart. The dog has little to no muscle to defend himself against that, so it's easy, and around between the legs is their heart which will be torn and death to follow shortly.
Speaking of hearts, dogs have extremely fragile hearts. One proper hit on their heart and they're done for. There was this Kung Fu master from china, I think, who enjoyed fighting against dogs. But his fights lasted always only 1 well timed kick to the heart.
Similarly to how they're useless once their rear legs are lifted up, so too it's with the ears or so it's said at least. Sounds difficult though.
And just like they have like no muscle to defend themselves against their front legs being pulled apart, so too it's said they have like no muscle to open the mouth if it's forcefully closed; though unsure how that's helpful.

Having said all that, historically men have beaten dogs mostly by chocking then. I guess wth do I know.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But yeah, honestly, a grown man should never lose to a grown dog unless it's something crazy like a Siberian mountain dog or one of those who can bite through bone like it's straw.

Edit: ftr, none of this is relevant if you're dealing with a military dog. AFAIK, in that case you'd be done for before you even know that you're in danger.

Ah, from your wording, I thought that they were on the property of the whip-cracking person.

Regardless, as someone who's personally been bit by a dog that was off-leash on the owner's own property, after the dog saw me across the street and ran over to bite me, I disagree with your statement. A dangerous dog that is willing to harm somebody isn't going to respect property lines.

Preach. We all know that violence is what the American forefathers had in mind when one person moves into another state.

    Why the love for Kazakhstan?
I like em, the one person I know from there, a good Zealot Hockey player on SC2. Apparently some there speak Russian well. I guess similarly to how in Ukraine the people living closer to the Russian boarder speak Russian? But I thought 99% of Russian population live in the EU side of their territory, so why would someone in Kazakhstan speak Russian?
