Summary:

Both players end up being town. Both decide to random me (town gov). I make my claim, offer to prove, there's no counter claim, they both guilty. They are both evidently trolling. When 5 is put up to trial, he openly admits he was just trolling by randoming and guilting town gov. This is a clear cut case of gamethrowing for both. Also chat and names weren't particularly clean.

This guys has been banned for greifing and racism, and receives a griefing warning at the setup.

Regarding the lynch of crier, 5 (Hero) does justify this by saying you didn't talk n1, which is true. It doesn't help that the majority of town abstains. The game goes downhill from there.

That being said, Player commits chat abuse. His trolling behavior doesn't help him.

Not talking N1 is a valid strategy to make mafia believe you're judge rather than crier.

Again, by the end of the game, in graveyard chat, Hero openly admits he was gamethrowing.

He literally admits just randoming and gamethrowing, lynching town gov d2 with no counter claims and easily proven. As I said, I was using a valid strategy.

Also, Hero's chat was as disgusting, if note more so, than Player's.

I'm not saying it's not a valid strategy. I'm saying them lynching you over it, is not as ridiculous as it sounds.
For Hero's last words, He is trying to piss you off. I have looked at Hero's report history, and he doesn't have many reports on him, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
His chat was a little disgusting but he didn't use any racist slangs.
