Summary:
Day 5 had 2 town (1 and 15), 2 mafia (5 and 7), and judge (6) alive.
Mafia + Judge vote one of the townies up, but then CorvoAttano votes inno and votes up his mafia teammate with the help of the town. The two townies vote guilty and the Judge is confused as to what is going on so he abstains, so even though CorvoAttano votes inno, the mafia teammate is still lynched.

Had the Any Random have been vet, vig, or bus driver mafia could have lost the next night.
And even without a killing town role, the last townie wanted to help Judge get a solo win and the only reason a Judge solo win didn't happen was because Judge declined since he didn't want to betray the mafia.

Even though mafia did end up winning, this was due to luck and the Judge's mercy despite CorvoAttano's game-throwing.

Addendum:
Having watched the replay a second time, CorvoAttano seems to attempt to throw the game because he was annoyed with StarLord's (the other surviving mafia member) "noob" questions. StarLord is the second newest player in the entire lobby with only 25 games played which, in my opinion, makes CorvoAttano's actions particularly toxic since it was in retaliation to a player being new.

D3: #14 claims Escort saying Corvo (#5) is roleblock immune. Turns out they were Executioner and got lynched.
D4: Judge courts #8, flipped Jailor.
D5: Entering D5, Corvo wrote "today we lynch 1 or 15".
There are 5 players alive (2 mafias, 1 judge, and two town).
"yeah boi just kill 1 we win,7" "chill the fuck up" "it's 3v2".

Corvo and StarLord starts arguing and shouting non-sense when #1 is on trial.
Corvo answers : "im tempted to gamethrow" "fuck off idiot".
StarLord replies back "do it bitch" with the addition to "bro we can lynch 5".

The Judge and StarLord decide to guilty #1.
The other town (#15) and Corvo decide to inno #1.
Tie vote.

Corvo puts up his team mate and wrote to #7.
"Stupid [n word], stfu you're retarded cockmongoloid"

At the last moment he however innoed, but both town voted guilty and the town did not take any stance.
#7 is lynched.

D6: 1v1v1 (town vs mafia vs judge)

Mafia managed to won next day with Judge's help even with last Town's offer to create a Judge solo win.
