This player was SK then he was discovered on d2 by investigator. On trial, he said he will lag switch if he dies and after that he intentionally lagged himself on and off to annoy other player. I know replay doesn't have a direct evidence of him intentionally lagging but many players complained about this person lagging continuously on purpose. Please punish this player accordingly.

He was given a watch list for game throwing and intentional lagging.

The above is just his chat, looking at the full chat log, it seems there are multiple instances where the timer doesn't change indicating lag screens.
Seeing how he is doing this intentionally, and is claiming to be doing it for years, I recommend a banlist.
