DAY 1 HAS STARTED IN THIS SCUMMY LITTLE TOWN!

Welcome to what is now called Scumsville. This quaint but pretty terrible little "town" is a bustling Dystopia of scum and villainy. The main inhabitants are vile and disgusting human beings who would stop at nothing to get ahead of the game over one another. They're stupid and have absolutely no idea what they're doing half the time. People leaving poop on each other's doorstep against their will to scumbags screaming to die. Hell, the Doctor in this scummy little town got their PH.D from a Youtube "how to doctor" series. Talk about a hackjob (don't say that around him though otherwise he will literally show you the true meaning of what a hackjob is to him... Yikes).

It never used to be this way however... once upon a time it used to be a vibrant town full of busy and honest working citizens. It was clean, organized, and people actually cared for one another. It was something that people could actually be proud to live in. These such inhabitants all either died out or were chased out when the scumbags took over. However... there's still a small resistance of these upstanding citizens left in this town. While outnumbered.. they are quick and intelligent... well organized. A symbol of what this town truly used to be. They will stop at nothing until this town is clean of these scummy individuals.

Will they succeed...? OR perish? Time will tell...

My guess is that it was the "cool" thing to do.

Aside from flavor, the some of the roles are interesting, though I was surprised to find out there was a night "0" because apparently the existence of a night 0 (which doesn't appear in many FM games) is only mentioned on some role-cards and not all anywhere else. I would imagine a Night 0 would be also mentioned somewhere else (such as the day/night phase lengths) other than the role-cards but I guess not really.

I can't see why.
If Light really wanted to just wait for further reads, he would have parked his vote nowhere.
The difference here, is that he chose to put his vote on skip, which is practically not the way to help us at all during D1.
