Intentional Gamethrowing + Witch Hunting.

I'm marshall, and he is escort. He rbs me n1, which I confirm. Day 2 he says "n1 14 rb immune". I am trialed and claim marshall, but it doesn't matter as he press the lynch against me anyway. He sheeps the town into lynching me by asking me to reveal on trial ( and I'm sure he knows that marshall can't reveal on trial). I get lynched.

To top it all off, he immediately leaves after.

As for the witch hunting part, I was the one who recommended his last punishment, so he probably have a grudge against me.

Was the game result altered?
Most definitely. He got the marshall lynched and then quit as escort. Despite that, the mafia and SK die off and town only loses at the end in a 1 v 1 v 1 because survivor sides with the any random triad.

Despite not seeing a message about 14 being roleblock immune he says it anyway, ultimately getting 14 lynched. Then he immediately quits the game. He is high on the frequent flier list and doesn't have many chances left.
